What are your marshmallows made from?
Fresh fruit purees, spices, herbs and cocoa with free range egg whites and beef gelatine.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping costs & times. Since there’s just little ‘ol me standing over a hot stove please allow 1- 2 business days to make your order and 1-2 days delivery. Standard delivery is £2 p & p + any additional options
How long will they last?
As I don’t use nasty preservatives the marshmallows last for 10 days and should be sealed once opened in a cool dry place. They are best eaten as soon as they arrive so let me know to plan the best delivery date for you.
Will they be roastable on a BBQ?
They are exquisite roasted on sticks or naked flame.
Are Hope and Mallow marshmallows suitable for people with allergies?
You can find all ingredients listed here. *All marshmallows are gluten and dairy free, and I use beef gelatine in all of my marshmallows. They are also fat free. The marshmallow’s are produced in a kitchen where nuts, dairy and gluten products are handled.
The exception being
*The Tiramisu Mallows contain gluten.
*The salted caramel contains Dairy.

Chocolate Marshmallow: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Free Range egg White, Bovine Gelatine (Sulphites), Cocoa Powder, Corn Flour, Icing Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Salt.
Raspberry: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Fresh Raspberries, Free range Egg White, Bovine Gelatine (Sulphites), Fresh lemon juice, Corn Flour, Icing Sugar, Vanilla Extract , Salt, red food colour (humectant-E422 Glycerol. Thickener E551 Silica, Colour E124 Ponceau 4R, E102 Tartrazine E133 Brilliant Blue FCF. ) Gold leaf.
